Public Notaries Act 1997 – Section 15 – Proceedings for offences

Section 15 of the Public Notaries Act 1997 (NSW) is the commencing section of Part 4 of the Act. This section deals with miscellaneous matters and states generally that offences against the Act are to be determined before the Local Court.
