Public Notaries Appointment Rules (NSW) – Form 2 – Certificate of Approval as a Suitable Candidate for Appointment as a Public Notary

The Form 2, which is located in the first schedule of the New South Wales’ Public Notaries Appointment Rules, is an internal document used for bureaucratic purposes, whereby the Executive Officer of the Legal Profession Admission Board gives notice to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the list of approved candidates for appointment to the office of Notary Public in the NSW.
