Public Notaries Appointment Rules (NSW) – Second Schedule (Fees)

The Second Schedule to the Public Notaries Appointment Rules (NSW) lists the fees associated with the various administrative and other obligations associated with the candidacy, appointment and maintenance of the Notary Public to and on the Roll. These fees may be amended from time to time and it is important that candidates for appointment or current notaries check with the Legal Profession Admission Board to ensure that their Forms have the correct accompanying fee. Failure to provide the correct fee may result in the Board not accepting the service of Forms and the notary or prospective notary may be in default of his obligations under the Rules or the Act.
