Public Notaries Appointment Rules – Rule 8 – Roll of Public Notaries

The roll of Public Notaries is an official record of all active legal practitioners who have been appointed into the office by the Board. The roll is maintained by the Executive Officer, under Rule 8 of the Rules, and he shall ensure that the details of all appointees are duly recoded in the roll.
